• 5 x passport size latest photographs duly attested from the front side by the Principal / Headmaster of the school. One photograph to be pasted with gum on the registration form and remaining four photographs to be attached with clip and not to be pinned with stapler.
• 4 x small envelopes duly written candidate’s postal address. Please write Candidate’s name, father’s name, your complete postal address and mobile or contact number.
• Certificate by the principal of the school where you are currently studying.
• Attested copy of candidate’s CNIC or NADRA Form B whatever is applicable.
• Attested CNIC copy of candidate’s father.
